During the summer of 2018, I had the opportunity to work as a UX Research Intern with the Product Design team at Lyft in San Francisco, California. I piloted and launched Listen & Learn, a continuous program of lightweight research studies designed to address specific user experience research needs in 2 weeks for any team at Lyft. I conducted foundational research, exploratory interviews, and usability tests with drivers and passengers for 5 different teams over a period of 12 weeks.
